We would like to share with you all, a little article about an amazing man that works selflessly for his local community in Holyhead, every day. Michael Kitt is a man with an incredible story. Having been diagnosed with cancer and receiving chemotherapy at the Alaw Ward since September 2020, it didn’t stop his amazing charity work for BCRT, a stamp appeal raising money for bone cancer, and several other charities.For every ‘Get Well’ card he received in the post, Michael has donated 10p to the Alaw fund, raising money for extra equipment, additional services and for enhanced support for patients and their families affected by cancer. So far, he has received over 100 cards – but he would love more. Timeline photosCORONAVIRUS RESTRICTIONS UPDATE 👇Thanks to the fantastic team effort across Wales to keep each other safe, coronavirus cases remain stable. We have the headroom to make further changes to the restrictions and start a phased move to Alert Level 1. FROM MONDAY:✅ Up to 30 people can meet outdoors (including in gardens), but we must continue to be careful. ✅ We’re also increasing the numbers for organised outdoor activities and events – this means things like organised group runs, outdoor sports and concerts.✅ Up to 3 households will be able to form an extended household and have a support bubble, but remember – meeting outdoors is safe than indoors.Read more here ⬇️gov.wales/first-minister-confirms-phased-move-alert-level-one Our phased approach to moving to Alert Level 1 means that initially outdoor events will begin again and more people can meet outside.⚠️ We continue to monitor the variant of concern first identified in India.
